UAGC Compliance

UAGC made changes after the acquisition and more significant changes after the termination of Zovio.

Goal

UAGC strives to be fully compliant with all laws and regulations, both federal and state. It built a sophisticated and thorough approach to compliance before terminating Zovio's OPM services and has augmented it since then.

Monitoring

UAGC carefully monitors its enrollment operations through various methods, including recording all calls with prospective students and current students. Calls for review are either randomly selected or chosen based on artificial intelligence parameters. The results of this compliance monitoring are then addressed with staff and/or incorporated into training sessions.

Training

In addition to annual comprehensive training sessions, UAGC has adopted a strategy of delivering 10-minute training sessions every two weeks. This constant flow of information serves as a reminder to our advising staff, helping to build a culture of compliance in all of our activities.
